The Registration is in 4 steps. You will have to fill in step 1 and 4 when you register but you can add information to steps 2 and 3 (additional bookings) untill June 1st.
The registration is in 3 steps. At the moment you can register as IST but steps 2 and 3 (additional bookings) are missing and will be added very soon.
RULES OF REGISTRATION
Registration
Registration opens November 1st 2008 and closes February 1st 2009. If you Register after February 1st the Registration fee is 50 Euros higher.
Age of participants
Roverway is a joint event offered by WAGGGS and WOSM Europe to young scouts and guides from 16 to 22 (born 1987-1993) and the target participants are European citizens but the event is open for scouts and guides from all over the world if the age is right.
Teams
Participants will be able to enroll only if they are organized in teams composed of a minimum of five persons to a maximum of fifteen persons; each team is set according to its NSO reality. After the enrollment, the teams will be grouped in Tribes, made up of about 50 people.
Participation as individuals is of this stage not allowed.
Every team must have a person in charge, which must be eighteen years or older - Team leader. Team leader can either be one of the team or an older leader. Each team can have max. 2 older leaders.
Payments
When reistering you have to pay a registration fee of 100 Euros per person. The remainder of the fee should be payed before April 1st.
If you register late the registration fee is 50 Euros higher or 150 Euros.

Registration is only valid after a confirmation from your National Scout/Guide Association. After you have registered we will contact your Association. When we have their confirmation we will validate your registration and send you an email with bank information for the registration fee.
