INTERNATIONAL SERVICE TEAM

As RoverWay 2009 is a big Event we do need a lot of hands to help us run it. Having an International Service Team (IST) volunteering at RoverWay plays a big role in getting all the help we need. Of course being a part of the IST will be a hard work but we promise that members of the IST will also get some time off to take part in the activities. Members of the IST will have a special role at RoverWay but they also have to follow the camp rules like other participants.

When registering you will not be asked to apply for a special job, but you will be asked to tell us were you skills and interest lie and we will try to find a job that fits you the best. We can not promise you that you will be working on your favorite job the whole time, but we can promise you that you will have a great time and meet a lot of people from all over Europe and even some that are not from Europe.

You can register as an individual. The International Service Team is for guides and scouts that are 23 years old or older (born in 1986 og earlier).

IST will take part in the opening ceremony in Reykjavik and start working on their job after that. IST will be working at Ulfljotsvatn for 2 days after the Closing Ceremony and will be transported to Reykjavik on July 30th.

The fee for IST members is 280 EUR
